Patients of low income families can apply for the surgeries done free of charge in government hospitals after duty hours. Amount incurred in respect of the surgeries will be paid as an incentive allowance to the hospital staff.
This special project has been introduced in order to minimize the length of time the patients are expected to be on the waiting list to have their surgeries done at Government hospitals.
